Click the add to basket button next to the item you wish to buy and a box will appear on your screen to confirm this is what you want, click OK. When you have finished shopping - or at any time during the process - you can click on the basket button and it will show you what you have ordered and the total cost, along with costs for post and packaging. You can also increase and decrease quantities while at your basket.
When you are ready to pay, proceed to checkout. Here you will be asked to provide your postal address and payment information. Secure debt credit card processing is performed by PAYPAL (see below for more information on PAYPAL.

By Post:

We do prefer our customers to shop online as it speeds up the delivery process. However, if you wish to pay by personal cheque sorry, we don't accept postal orders then complete the order form online and when you have filled in your details at the checkout section, click pay by cheque. Your order will then be sent to Crafties and you will be given an order reference number to write on the back of your cheque, along with your postcode. Print out a copy of your order and send along with your cheque to:

Cheques should be made payable to Crafties. Please note that if we do not receive your cheque within seven days from the date your order was received by us, your items ordered will be returned to stock. This may mean that if your cheque arrives later, some of the items may have become out of stock. We will then contact you to see how you wish to proceed.
Please note that this method of ordering is not as swift as we have to wait for your cheque to clear before sending out the order. Full cheque clearance may take up to five working days.

Postage and packing

We will accept online orders and payment to anywhere in the world. However, we will only accept personal cheques from UK residents.

Unfortunately, even if you order only a few items, the postage costs are fixed at £2.95. This may seem unfair but we do not make any profits from P&P costs and the flat rate makes processing the orders simpler and swifter. If you only want a couple of items, try clubbing together with a couple of friends to place an order (however, we can only accept payment from one person per order so your friends will have to pay you separately!)

All orders under 2kg in weight will be despatched first class; if the value exceeds £25.00 they will be sent recorded or special delivery. Orders weighing in excess of 2kg will be sent Parcelforce and therefore may take up to a week in delivery time.

RETURNS Our policy

At Crafties we aim to ensure that you are satisfied every time you place an order with us. However in the event that your goods are faulty, please do not hesitate to contact us at the email address below. Please advise us on the nature of the fault, the type of item, and when you purchased the item. Our goods are checked prior to despatch. In the unlikely event that your items are faulty, then it may be returned to us within 14 days of shipping for replacement. Original packaging, contents and receipt must accompany all returned goods. We do not refund original shipping costs or your return shipping costs. The shipping costs of the replaced item will be at our expense.
